      Stay far away! We shipped two shipments and they reclassified both and charged way more money.
      I have been shipping pallets for 40 years and the class of our shipments have remained the same...pallet sizes have remained the same and they don't do classify like any other carrier I have dealt with.
      What a joke...if you want consistent billing and charges for you customers stay far far away from this carrier.

      I remember them being a good company back in the days, not sure what happened. A lot of complaints on here. Came on here to see what happened, heard they are shutting down operations (at least in Pico). Sad, a lot of people will be without jobs. My nephew just signed on to Liberty West in Montebello, Ca..... any drivers looking for a job should try them.

      Do not use this freight liner for any reason whatsoever unless you enjoy losing business. These guys are the absolute worst freight liner that I have ever used. I've tried to give them atleast three opportunities to to ship class 60 to potential customers and EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail, the material either gets returned back to the shipping locating and material is delayed at least 1 week.

      I use freight companies all the time and would highly recommend using ANYBODY but these guys. Never had an issue like this with R&L , Estes, Yellow, etc.

      Unbelievable how these guys operate, you have a better chance using homing pigeons to deliver your stuff.

      Worst company ever! Who runs this company? And who is the horrible woman answering the phone?
      I do not recommend.
      They promised a deliver for a Monday. Never came.
      I followed up. They said Tuesday.... never came.
      We were paying people on stand by to help with this delivery.

      They picked up a shipment a week ago, and tracking shows it's still at their terminal and every day they say it'll go out that night and it still hasn't.

      The time before this one, they lost a shipment for almost a week.

      Never again.

      Horrible horrible customer service!!
      I don't choose to work with them, the supplier for my store works with them so i have no other choice.
      When you track a package it gives you ETA. It doesn't show up after 3 days of given eta.
      When you call they give you a time window, but they change that time window without notifying the customer. There hasnt been a single time that they delivered on time or that customer service did anything about it. They use COVID 19 as an excuse but that is just BS because last year summer there was no covid. Customer service is very unprofessional when you call, they just out u on hold and hang up the phone

      They don't pay their drivers that's why shipments get lost or don't get delivered. I know this company well we worked for them for I would say half a year and yet to this day we have not received payment. So to all you who want to ship your freight with them I don't recommend it. They don't pay their drivers or the companies they hire to move the freight, and when you call to ask about anything no one knows. It's a horrible company can't believe they're still in business

      Unreliable, and Babysitting Galore!!

      Shame on Amazon.com on subcontracting trucking service to this unreliable, incompetent company!

      I have been in contact with Central Freight Line for 5 days to have them pick up my customer's pallets from a warehouse in the Los Angeles area. Everyday, I am told by someone with the initials B.G. " yes, it's scheduled for pick up." -- obviously, I am writing this review now because the cargo was NEVER picked up.

      I am volunteering my time to chase these people down to facilitate a pick up that is unrelated to my company's scope of services, and I am spiteful because my customer's customer, the clueless overseas seller to Amazon, has NO IDEA what a royal pain in the a$$ this process is.

      Finally, after calling another number and getting transferred 4 times, I did speak with a helpful person-- L.C., she said B.G. never forwarded any relevant paperwork to her, hence the delay.

      If you are selling on Amazon and you have to deal with Central Freight-- Good Luck to you!!
      What a freaking waste of time.

      Worst employer ever. They dont promote people working at company and hire outside. And dont expect raises or fair treatment or your hours promised either because they cut you hours and work you like a second hand citizen. Always make promises of new equipment and raises that never happen and favoritism is big here. Witnessed many accidents yet no one ever got drug tested after and no disciplinary ever taken. I out up with almost 4 years working here yet all the new guys would make what i made since no raises are given unless your full time which is always promised to the employees yet never given. And they dont practice minimal covid prevention.

      6 weeks after a severely damaged delivery we are still waiting to here if our claim will be approved. All I hear is that they are still paying other claims. So either they have a lot of claims to pay, or they are just waiting it out in hopes I forget and go away. Not very upstanding in my opinion.
