Mammogram. Excellent care, front desk is very friendly and the woman administering the procedure is very respectful. I go here yearly.

Didn't need an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff. The technician couldn't have been more pleasant or reassuring.

Most importantly, on schedule. I was in and out promptly. Friendly radiologist who made a rather unpleasant procedure very easy.

Went in for an X-ray. I called ahead and was told no appointment was needed for x-rays. Upon arrival, it took about 10 minutes to register and then another 10 minutes to be called in, which was much shorter than expected. Technician was very professional and considerate. I also received an email with the portal link and could view report & images the next day.

Annual mammogram visitor. The clerks are helpful and pleasant. The radiology technicians are always super nice, accommodating and even apologetic as they crush my tissue to smithereens!
They make an awkward and somewhat painful diagnostic test tolerable. Thank you!

I cant rave enough about this place. I had to get a mammogram and ultrasound. I was nervous cuz it was my first one but the technician was so gentle. The radiologist quickly reviewed the x rays and I got results same day! I am only coming here from now! Sweet and amazing staff

I had just had a terrible experience at another mammogram provider's Loudoun facility. Loudoun Imaging Center Ashburn is everything the other place wasn't - LICA provides personalized, concierge-level service in a calm and quiet environment. The technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and careful. The results were quickly uploaded to my health record (within 24 hours).

Recent screening exams , which are usually stressful, were actually made a pleasant experience by the employees at this Imaging Center. Check in was efficient and friendly. Wait time was only minutes. The technician ( Emily?) was outstanding. She was pleasant , skillful, and efficient. Even without knowing any results, I left the facility feeling confident that I had the best care and that I knew exactly what to expect for obtaining results. Impressive !!

X-rays are walk-in only. Despite this, I was able to get my films done very quickly. The radiology tech was very friendly and patient - and my pain levels were her top priority as she was trying different positions to get the views she needed. The entire place was very calm and peaceful, and every staff member i ran in to was very pleasant - it made for a great experience! Definitely recommend!
