Very happy with their service: punctual, friendly and helpful. Colby answered all my questions patiently, and was extremely careful when operating his truck and the equipment around my small children. I would recommend them any day.

I called 850am Monday morning for a possible tow, but ended up being a battery boost. It was literally 3 minutes before the truck was there. Amazing service. Driver was so friendly and helpful to an already stressful morning. He also spotted me to the garage just to make sure I got there. Service was amazing. Won't search for another towing company again. Will use Cardinal, hopefully won't need to though. LOL

Very professional and speedy! It was my first time ever having to tow my car from a flat tire and I knew nothing about what goes on. Luckily the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me re-assured by answering all my questions. I even learned a bit of pros & cons between towing a car with lower suspension on a flat bed truck vs. on a tow dolly with all four wheels off the ground!

Amazing service!!! The passengers side of my car was literally on top of a huge rock and we called another towing service at first and they weren't even able to centre their hook w my car bc of the weird angle it was on, but Robert @ Cardinal was able to hook on his first try, & got my car off the rock w no excess damage to the car. He was super helpful & friendly, & totally exceeded my expectations. He made sure my car was working fine before he left and watched me test drive it a couple of times. He explained my billing to me & suggested some next steps for me to take. He was very accommodating & efficient!!

This company is top notch. I had an old rear wheel drive sports car that died suddenly in the underground of my apartment building. These guys came out to downtown toronto in rush hour, pushed my car a good half kilometer and managed to tow it safely with zero damage to the vehicle. Price was incredible for such a high level of service. Highly recommended. Brendan.
