Service was horrible the Indian owners there are very rude and mean the lady at desk asked me for my guest ID when the room is under my name, she asked she for it after she already took my security deposit on my card she had me swipe... what for??? The room was only under my name then the area of hotel is just ugly

Would not recommend this hotel. The staff is almost never present and not very helpful, parking lot is dark and sketchy at night. The rooms are filthy, blood all over the walls and blood stains on the dirty bed sheets. Almost felt like I needed gloves and a hazmat suit. Walked out immediately as soon as I saw the condition inside room and bathroom. Def need deeeeeep cleaning and NEW sheets and maybe some revamping.

The service was absolutely horrendous! They only provided 3 pillows, so we called the front desk, and they weren't able to help us with anything. The shower water had a weird smell to it and the TV only had two channels, and was highly pixelated. I wouldn't recommend going to this establishment.

I was put off by all the negative reviews but it was the best priced hotel for the night. We slept well. Found the room to be clean and pleasant. We were grateful for a good nights sleep. Would definitely go there again.

This was fine. It is an updated motel but still has some motel properties for sure.
The area isn't great, but it is close to Malibu Wine and Beer which is why we went. Wouldn't recommend even walking outside to the front desk at night.
The room was okay. The air conditioning clearly had mold in it but the updates to the bathroom were great. They also only gave us two pillows for a king bed and when we requested more, an employee with no mask came into our room and put them on the bed while we were in there, which was weird.
Check in was a nightmare. I booked two rooms for four people and he required all of our IDs for me to check in even though they were all under my name and not everyone had arrived yet. Super confusing. Once he got the 4 IDs he spent about 20 minutes doing god knows what with them while we waited outside in the parking lot with our bags since the lobby was closed.
For the price I expected more.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jack L.New York, NY900203485Feb 17, 2022Updated review
If you like waking up at 2 AM and hear a woman screaming for help, and this is all done for you. If you want to find yourself waiting for over 45 minutes just for someone to come to the check-in, this is the hotel for you. I have been here once and hope you got better but now I can say for sure never again. Never again.

Management that do you a favor they are doing their job. Noisy all night long. Private parking lot which is the better side of things. Overall I am not sure I will return to this hotel, and for sure do not worth $165 per night on a weekday.

Stay here whenever I visit LA clean large room nicely decorated comfy beds and a Keurig coffee maker, and huge TV nice staff a little pricey during summer months but well worth it never had a problem and they accept cash one of the last decent hotels still doing so.. I will continue to stay whenever I get a chance definitely a hidden gem.

We checked in at 11:40pm on October 18th and the room was not cleaned after prior guest left. Maybe the guest checked out early and there were no housekeepers to clean the the room. I am unsure as to why one bed had been slept in 3 towels were on the floor (wash cloth, hand cloth, and shower mat) and there were keys with room 122 opened and on the table. The front desk rep (Asian man) asked if we wanted to stay or leave but he could not fix the issue. We drove 2.5 hrs to celebrate a birthday and we were exhausted so we had to stay in the USED room because they only had a smoking room available. Noisiest night ever! I slept 2 hrs max! It sounds like people are moving furniture and banging on the floor (our ceiling) all night!
Fast forward to our next day.... breakfast is small and decent for a snack not a meal, no place to sit and the juice machine was out of order. (Classic!) Our room was fairly clean, hard floors were dirty though, leaving black dirt stains on the bottoms of our feet. We made our 2 boys wear socks while in the room. The second night was noisier than the first! Noise did not cease until AFTER midnight but at least it minimized sooner than that Friday night before.
The walls are very thin. I suggest if you need a place to lay your head desperately for a brief time and you need a shower maybe a couple hrs to sleep, come here but good luck with the peace and quiet. I am not at all pleased mainly due to our first night checking into an already USED ROOM and no accomodation whatsoever. The relentless noise from neighbors is unforginving. The noise gives this motel a NO for me. A flat out never again! I have stayed at way nicer, quieter, and excellent breakfast, Super 8s. This one does not compare. I didn't appreciate walking into a used room on our first night stay. Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay elsewhere! This model should be no more than $80 a night and that is being been generous. It is not worth $150 ! Terrible!!!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nancy M.Los Angeles, CA70297Jan 12, 2022
Very Rude Guy... I gave him my business debit card to pay the room for a business partner and this guy said, "ID". I showed him a colored photo copy of my drivers license as I'm waiting for the replacement. But he kept saying, "Where's your ID?"... ID... I said, "This big paper is a colored copy of my ID but I also have credit cards that have my picture on them. He cut me off and said, " Can you hear me, I want your ID, that's a copy, can you hear what I'm saying?" I said, yes I can only hear what you're saying cos you're not even listening to me. At least say nicely why you can't accept my card.. instead of you being very rude."
This attitude is unacceptable as a paying costumer. My card had a chip on it so this establishment needs to upgrade their system to better avoid falsified cards instead of being rude to costumers who are willing to pay. No wonder this hotel only has 2-3 stars and it's mostly complaining about rude service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
