I need help w/job apps PLEASE! Researched everywhere I can find but estimates w/same stats are 55k-170k!? Jobs w/salary shown are about as varied for the same position. Posts that don't have pay info I have no idea what to do with. FYI I live in Arlington (jump & it's DC.) I'm applying for PM jobs in the DMV metro (Alexandria/Arlington/Fairfax etc) & in DC. Experience: 10 yrs/Realtor 2 yrs/Commerical PM 5 yrs/Leasing Manager (residential 380 apt) To apply I have to enter a range or a specific #.

Real Estate Appraiser

Hi, I’m an appraiser trainee and will be testing in a few months to be able to appraise commercial and residential properties. I work with 2 older appraisers in their 70s (I’m 30) and they mention how no one really likes having to deal with appraisers. Are we thought of a necessary evil? I am curious as the validity of that and what could be done on our side to help correct? Any legitimate and honest opinion is appreciated. Thanks,

Hello! I've been in residential property management now for the past 10 years (7 years single family, 3 years multifamily) working in Leasing/Administrative/Operations as well as the Construction Administrative arenas. I am looking at possibly transitioning into commercial real estate. Does anyone here have any suggestions or tips for me?
