        Pros

The company is a third party bill collection agency. With that said you got all the ghetto you've got all the bull that comes with that kind of mentality. The commercial side is a lot more civil however their demands are ridiculously high. The best aspect is is that the training is great the management is good but unfortunately the files and the workload is hope it's still third-party debt collections you're collecting from dba's basically people who had a DBA and don't pay their bills they are out insurance dues and so forth. Good luck they will keep you on for 1 month before firing you if you do not hit your goal.

        Cons

The pay is base not good not great. It is work from home which is a benefit however this is only a job to hold you until you find something else and hopefully you'll find something else within the month because the high probability you'll be fired within that month is there

Schedule is flexible and you do have an opportunity to get commission.

          Cons

Managers are the worse. This place makes you feel like you need to record every conversation you have with management. They will conveniently “forget” a conversation they have with you if it later makes them look bad. They do not care for their employees, they will openly shame you, belittle you. And one of the maneuvers, Clay, often talks about his or asks fr mails employees really personal and dictating questions. Not a friendly environment. This place will suck the soul out of you.

The company dwells to much on call numbers vs, call quality. Very poor management.

              Pros

At Caine and Weiner you're pretty much set for job security. There's so many coming in and out, that if you can work even moderately well you'll be able to stay easily. Most of the higher-ups in office are reasonable, and are willing to work with you if you have a strained schedule. Job itself is very easy.

              Cons

HR at this company has no idea what they are doing. Feels like every month there is a new issue that needs to be resolved. Covid relief forms going missing, reluctance to compensate when they're in the wrong. Most recent issue they forgot to put in my pay increase. Out of office higher-ups are very inappropriate. Have made many sexual remarks to women in the office. Lots of racist remarks to. Very greedy company, will work you to death. Greg is a tyrant. Literally unable to be a human while he is in office. Everyone cowers during days he's in.

                      Pros

Friendly people from what I’ve seen. I was in training, and didn’t see any unfriendly people.

                      Cons

Weird bonus structure. A hiring manager explained to me one way, and most of the people who worked there explained that at the most one can get $200-300 on their bonus checks. Nope. That’s a flawed bonus system. So if I made $20K in collecting payments for the month, I only get $200-300 off of that $20K??? No thank you, y’all can keep that. 👎

The environment could be unprofessional at times.

Anyone have insight as to how much Product Managers get paid in Bank of America? I just had a call with a recruiter where she asked what’s the salary range I’m looking for and I think I lowballed myself.

Is there anyone else out there with crippling interview anxiety? I feel like an outcast and end up being extremely hard on myself because something I can hardly do comes easy to seemingly everyone else. No matter how much I prepare/practice, I’ll end up going into panic mode the night before/day of thinking of my mind going blank, rambling, finishing my thoughts abruptly and awkwardly on questions I didn’t have a prepped answer for. This isn’t the general “everyone gets nervous” feeling.

How many rounds of interviews are you guys having nowadays? I just got moved to a 5th round interview (case interview) after being told by the hiring manager in the 2nd rounf that they don't do do cases and tbh I'm not particularly happy about it.
