I believe in giving credit when credit is due. Steve the pharmacist does exactly what you should expect from every pharmacist. I gave him a list of the medications that I was prescribed and presently taking. Immediately he noticed there was one medication that should not be taken with another. I truly commend Steve for his excellent attention to detail. His professional knowledge, communication skills, and customer service are off the charts. If you truly want piece of mind when it comes to making sure that you are not only receiving, but you are also taking the correct medication than this is the right pharmacy and the best Pharmacist you will find.

A really amazing pharmacy. They make and deliver specialty compounds, with superb customer care, quality of product, and lightning-fast turnaround times.

If you find yourself in need of a compound medication, I'd recommend you make H&C your first call. These meds, if needed, can immensely improve your life and H&C knows it - hence the great care taken, as well as the aforementioned personalized customer service, and speed of production and delivery.

Like a lot of old fashion pharmacies they have very unique products perfume soaps and so on, I recently purchased a beautiful fragrance water by my favorite French brand and the price was very reasonable

Unprofessional staff. Unpleasant interactions are the norm and unreliable service seems nearly guaranteed. The folks working behind the counter will make you feel uncomfortable and in my case, cause me to question whether I've even received the correct medication. A pharmacy experience should not feel like a roll of the dice. A car wash perhaps, but certainly not a pharmacy.

One of the best pharmacy I ever shopped in. The employees gives you a warm welcome while walking in the store. They have everything between home supplies and pharmacy stuff.

I have been going here for 4 years. This place used to be awesome. The service with a smile, reaching out to customers preemptively before prescriptions were finished, auto-refill on existing prescriptions and auto-delivery.

Not sure where Steve went, but the new head Pharmacist has an attitude and interacts with customers as though they are annoying him. There's also a cast of characters working there who have no idea what they are doing and will just pass the phone to each other because they are incompetent.

Most recently, I was expecting an auto-refill of an existing prescription, but they didn't reach out as they said they would. Luckily, I remembered so I went in on Saturday for my refill and they didn't have the medicine in stock, but could give me a few pills to hold me over until they received it. Come Tuesday, I called them for an ETA and spoke to 2 different people who had no idea what I was referring to. They had nothing on record regarding my partial refill. They then called me back and apologized for not calling me yesterday to tell me the medicine still did not arrive. Lot's of apologies from the guys there, but not a lot of performance and improvement.

Absolutely horrible. Looks like I will be working with CVS or another mainstream pharmacy given their ability to be reliable.

Steve - how are you letting this ship sink? It's really a shame.

It's very difficult to locate a pharmacist who can make a compound medicine. If your doctor (likely a specialist) prescribes such, you'll find not many options in the city. I've ordered from H&C five times in the course of the past year and found them to be diligent in getting my prescription ready. If there was a delay due to instructions on the prescription or a missing compound required to make the medicine, they communicated with me quickly and always have delivered to according to the date given to me. The staff has been friendly on the phone, clear and transparent regarding medicine preparation, and the delivery has been reliable. While I have not personally set foot into the shop, I have to say that their diligent and helpful attitude by phone, coupled with timely delivery warrants five stars from me. Especially when it's difficult to find a compound-medicine pharmacist in the city. I'm very happy to be a returning customer.

I was referred to this place by my coworker who goes regularly whenever she needs medicine and told me how great the staff is and that I wouldn't have to wait long for my prescription. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area but I've never been to a mom and pop pharmacy.
Needless to say she was right. Everyone was friendly and actually looked happy to be working in the pharmacy. I didn't have my insurance info bec I usually go to Walgreens but they called and got my ins and I was out of there in 15 min.
I left with a smile on my face and no issues
