I’m proud to be part of a company with the legacy of C&S! The company was established over 100 years ago and is very stable and still growing. This creates current and future opportunities. Working nationally I have the privilege of partnering with leaders in all departments, it is evident that we are a customer centric company with a top priority in safety across ALL segments. Most decisions and new processes are well thought out where your voice/input matters. Leadership is approachable with open door policy more so than any company I have worked for. Pay is competitive for most positions with teams of people contributing to market research so we can remain competitive.

At times can be long hours, however a dedicated employee will be get back what they give.
