It’s an ok place to work if you just want to get the work done. Corporate has favorites and those favorites don’t even have a license to do anything for the residents and they try to tell everyone what to do including DON & Administrator.

I love Brandon Court

I’ve enjoyed my time at Brandon Court. The nurses are well trained, and the management staff is supportive. There is a great sense of family there. Very good work environment.

My DON and RN Supervisors l

They are the best the an employee such as myself can ask for. I wouldn’t trade them for the world. They listen to your problems and even help you out more than one way it time permits itself.

It really just depends on how bad you need a job.The pay is good but the workload is overwhelming

A typical is you never know what you going to come work to. Just depends on the nurse you're relieving. Kitchen staff is good about adjusting meals for residents when needed. There is no room for growth.

Pros

Free food

Cons

No PTO or sick time

I enjoy working at Brandon Court, sometimes. Staff and schedule makes it difficult, need at least every or every other weekend off.

All Staff need Incentives, having Negative meetings doesn’t inspire initiative! Congratulations, job well done when it applicable, does ! Good Job ! Thanks for coming to work on time all month. No call-offs and most in important Great Team Work makes the Dream Work!

Friendly place to work

Brandon Court has a friendly atmosphere. I wish they offered advancements in positions within the facility. The residents are very active and the staff interacts with them accordingly.

It’s a decent place to work.

I actually liked the job but some of the office staff is always screwing stuff up and very unorganized. Other than that very good place to work unlimited overtime was the plus.

I enjoy working my shift, which is in the evening, for the most part it is an easy job and like any other job you have stressful days.

However, with those stressful days they are a handful of residents that help me get through those rough times. We have had a lot of issues with aides not wanting to come to work "to work", but to bring drama and confusion to others, but I've learned in this filled that "those bad apples will rotten and the good apples will shine on!" The pay is not much at all but the incentive pay makes up for it. I also believe that "MONEY IS NOT ALWAYS WORTH THE HEADACHES."

Pros

free lunches, people friendly administrator, to-heart director of nursing, down-to-earth staffing, and understanding rn

Cons

pay
