Typical government/defense contractor

Nothing too unique about the company at the time. Consultants always hustling for business and contracts. Admin staff definitely in a support position.

Constant under bid

As a DoD contractor WBB does a decent job of supporting the employees, but the issue is that WBB was always willing to underbid their own contracts in order to keep them, even if it meant driving away good people.

WBB recently got acquired by SERCO so will be expanding. More opportunities and advancements I see in the future. WBB has a strong community within management and employees and open door policy. Would recommend.

After 2 years at WBB I can strongly recommend the environment, culture, and leadership! High amount of teamwork and great people. The only issue is it’s private equity owned so the future of the company is unknown.
