Beach Ace Hardware

This is a throw back hardware store with a little bit of everything. And they even have people working in dedicated areas to help you. So unusual and refreshing in today's big box world.

They knew exactly what I was seeking. And they directed me to the folks who could help me. She showed me what they had in stock. Surprise! As they had a lot of the kits I needed... at a reasonable price, but unfortunately not in the right color.

So far, however, this was the closest I'd gotten... Will keep trying.

My husband and I absolutely love this store! They have a huge variety of items. And the service is fabulous. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Save your money driving to the big box stores and go to this place.

I've been a customer for over 50 yrs. of Ace Hardware starting in California, now Florida. They're the best. Personal service. Have everything and if not will locate and get for you! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all Ace cares about you and your needs.

This neighborhood hardware store is the closest to my condo. So I went to get some spare keys made. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and helped. As I waited for my keys, I noticed the large amount of workers that make the place run smoothly and are available for customer assistance.

This level of customer service is seldom seen in the large box stores. So it was really nice. I know that I ever need something, I can get help and and answer at ACE Hardware. As it turned out, one of the 6 keys made, did not work. I went back, and they re-made it. All is good now....

There's free parking in the back. Just near the corner of Commercial and Sea Grape, it's very convenient if you are in LBTS, Galt Mile, Sea Ranch Lakes, etc.

The silver haired men who work here are so easy going, knowledgeable, and kind! My daughter and I went here on the day before Thanksgiving to get magnets for a wine charm project for the holiday and they helped us pick the best magnets and the best adhesive- easy in and out! Also the prices here are lower than the same items at the Ace down 1a1 so there's that ;)

Update your hours on Google maps. I drove across town only to find that you close at 5:30, not 6:00 pm as posted on Google.

I've used this Ace a couple times during a couple projects and it's always gone smoothly. Every time it goes like this: Ya go in, their employee asks what's up, you tell them your dilemma and now it's theirs too, they take you directly to all the sections in question like the one with all the bolts and screws because Toshiba ridiculously doesn't supply the two you necessary for you to mount your TV, they find the exact size-length, bag it, sell it, decent price, painless, friendly and a positive experience. Since you're in Lauderdale by the Sea and at the beach parking costs money in front of the store but here's a secret... park in the back and if there's spots, it's free. Closed on Sundays, but I like that Ace, it's never disappointed.

So helpful! They know what they are doing in this store and I don't have to wander the aisles at Home Depot or Lowe's! Highly recommend!

Great store and super helpful staff. Love that i usually don't have to go over the bridge. Wish they had pots fir plants!
