Nestled in the rural northwest corner of Ohio, where Dale Bard founded the company in 1914, we service our customers both nation-wide and internationally by designing and manufacturing cutting-edge engineered products.

This is a company - a family - that believes in supporting and investing in its facilities, people, and community. When you walk in the door at Bard Manufacturing, you’re always greeted by a friendly face. The lobby is clean and professional looking, and pictures of all three facilities proudly adorn the walls for all to see. As you walk down the hallway, you’ll see that the walls are filled with awards and plaques from groups such as United Way, American Cancer Society, Black Swamp Safety Council, Healthy Ohio Business Council, as well as numerous other awards from suppliers and distributors. Up the stairs to the executive offices is a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll normally find some kind of homemade treat that someone has brought in to share with the rest of the 80 employees in the corporate office. This is a company that cares about its people and its community, and it shows. The average tenure in the plant is 26 years, and in the corporate office is 14 years.
