Mrs. Weaver is such a nice and honest woman. Even when things did not look well for my case, she was honest with me so I was never surprised in the courtroom. Mrs. Weaver genuinely cared about me and my children in a very hard time in our lives.
She didn't take my case- wasn't her area- but she helped me to do some things myself in my own best interest. She seemed like she wanted to help, didn't charge me, and was very nice. I had to give her a HUG!
I am a long-time Killeen resident, and graduated class of 1991 at Texas Tech Law School. Along with my many roots in the community, and Texas, I have a reputation in the courtroom for being relentless regarding children and their best interests, as well as equality between the parties, despite their inability to ‘work it out.
My success stems from keeping up-to-date with the community and the issues it encounters; the military rules and procedures, along with its changes, and the laws governing Texas.
If you are in need of an attorney to accomplish your legal goals, do not hesitate to seek my legal advisement. I am here to help the people of the state by protecting and informing you of your rights. If you need someone to mediate a resolution between parties, I am a certified mediator through Manusco’s Family and Divorce Certification Course in Houston, Texas.

honest and open communication.
Currently our attorney for divorce proceedings. She has been very honest and open concerning the laws and how things work in the courtroom. Does not give false hopes and will tell things like they are. Answers questions and concerns in a timely manner.

DONT HIRE THIS LAWYER
I wish i read some of the reviews on here before i hired her. i was a client of hers and she did nothing for my case. i had to do most of the work and what paperwork she claimed to have done the other party had already did. it was an absolute waste of time to hire this woman! i had to hire ANOTHER lawyer because she didnt represent me the way she was suppose too. what she did manage to do i had to get another lawyer to REDO because the information she put down was INCORRECT and not what we had discussed. I DONT recommend this lawyer AT ALL!

Don't trust this law firm
Ms Weaver comes across as a caring person. She is a wolf in sheeps clothing! Not only does she NOT know Texas divorce laws, she doesn't care when you lose. I hired her for a specific fee, and ended up paying twice the amount and lost everything. She doesn't even object in the court hearings when the other party is clearly lying. She even stated she would take care of a will for me and I never received anything from my own aunts will. It all went to the other party and she did nothing about it. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Former Client,
Thank you for taking the opportunity to rate my services. Compensation for my representation was in fact not a flat fee. An attorney, such as my self, diligently represents their client and provides legal advising. I advised you on many occasions that you would need to perform certain task in order for the proceedings to turn out the way you so hoped for. The client also has a burden to abide by the legal advice given, if they do not, they place their case in jeopardy themselves.
Best of wishes,
Barbara A. Weaver
