The days here run together because there is little change. I go in, I research invoices, do a few other things, and watch a co worker play on his phone and do nothing. The only thing I have learned here is that if you do a good job they assign more work. A co worker left the company and I was told that a replacement would be hired “when the economy gets better.” I now get to do that job as well ...

All-in-all, Auriga is a pretty decent place to work with somewhat laid-back management. They of course, like all employers, have little hangups about certain things, like writing "tickets" to employees that back into parking spaces instead of pulling into them. Lol Trivial stuff. Pay is O.K...not keeping up with current inflation, but probably not the worst you'll find. Those on manual labor crews...

its a good company, the pay is great, long hours, you have to switch from day to night shift but you get rolling 3 days on 4 days off stuff. friendly
