CALL IT LIKE IT IS: A HATE CRIME (Part 2)

Perpetrators

Earlier this year I had written an article about these four individuals who committed a Hate Crime against a white male with mental health issues, and streamed it on Facebook Live. The article “It was a Hate Crime Call It Like It Is” written on January 7th, 2017 was mainly to shed late that simply because these four individuals were black did not mean the BLM movement was responsible for their actions.

I was in fact extremely dissapointed on the lack of media coverage this story was getting. Now, I had stated “If the roles were reversed it would've been on every headline for the next week or two. It’s been two days and nothing else has been said besides those 75 seconds on the news.”

Well turns out, the roles were reversed on October 23rd, 2015 (Law suit- May 25th, 2016) in Idaho when Antwon Mcdaniel a mentally ill student was harassed, and raped with a coat hanger by his former white teammate in front of the entire football team while the three criminals got off with simple community service.

John R.K. Howard

This is, John R.K Howard from Texas. He had moved to Idaho with his aunt after his parents had sent him away to live with her since he was constantly getting into trouble while in Texas.

Once, Howard transferred into Dietrich High School in Idaho he made himself comfortable and targeted Antwon Mcdaniel. He called him, Kool-aid, Nigger, and Cotton picker along with other classmates. He also forced the victim to sing a Ku Klux Klan song, and stripped him of his clothes during a bus ride home from a game. Although, Mcdaniels had told employees of the school, they would turn the other way as they witnessed Howard, and other class mates making racial slurs at Mcdaniel (including their football coaches) and nobody did anything about it.

On October 23, 2015 Howard with two others had managed to pin down Mcdaniels by opening their arms to give him “ a hug” and took advantage of the opportunity to rape him. They shoved a coat hanger into Mcdaniels rectum and proceeded to kick it further inside of him. They caused so much pain to Mcdaniel that he had checked in to a hospital later that day to begin treatment for his rectum injuries.

A student had stepped up to try and stop it but all three individuals had told him “You better not or you’re next”.

Mcdaniels had sued around 11 individuals of the school, the school district for negligence/allegedly allowing this to happen, as well as his main perpetrator John R.K Howard.

His efforts were in vain seeing as they let Howard off with community service, even though his charges were of rape, harassment, and faced Jail time.

Now, please inform me as to why Howard got let off with 3 years of probation and 300 hours of community service, while those 4 individuals are sitting in Jail? Is it not placed under the same crime category? What is the difference between these individuals? Is there even one?

A hate crime. Thats exactly what BOTH of these actions are called. So why is one being called an “Act of childs play”. Howard was 17 almost 18 at the time nothing about this SCREAMS childs play.

Not only that but Howard RAPED Mcdaniels. He caused physical, and emotional damage to the victim. How in the world does it make any sense that he received only that small amount as a “fair sentence”.

From then, now 18 year old Mcdaniels has been in and out of the hospital for anxiety, paranoia, and depression while 19 year old Howard is sitting pretty back home in Texas.
