“Vacation days increase with tenure but there is a cap. You can purchase more but it’s not a great rate. Overall not enough time off and sick days are limited. ”

Great benefits! Good PTO benefits (max 20 vacation days with ability to buy more + 10 sick). 14 paid holidays! 7.5% 401k match. Charitable contribution matching up to $5k. Very affordable health insurance. 16-24 week parental leave!
