Andrew has over 22 years experience as a distinguished California professional licensed private investigator. Prior to Argent, Andrew successfully lead a private investigation business with offices and operations in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, New York and Florida, and affiliate operations in Russia, Israel, China and Japan. His firm specialized in sophisticated financial crimes with emphasis in white collar organized crime, identity theft and counterfeit documents.

He has been recognized for advancements in corporate espionage and security, hostage negotiations and missing persons cases. He has also operated as victim liaison and consulted with law enforcement agencies on human trafficking, counter-terrorism, organized crime, and cold-case homicide. Andrew developed California’s first automotive industry private auto theft task force, Vehicle Investigations Project for Enforcement and Recovery (VIPER), which held the nation’s largest stolen vehicle recovery record for over seven years and reduced the auto industry’s losses due to fraud, theft and organized crime by over 100 million dollars between 2003 – 2009.

Andrew served in the Air Force Tactical Air Command and was a Captain in the Coast Guard Merchant Marines, Marine Rescue Forces Detachment. He is also a Honors graduate of the Riverside Academy of Justice, Police Officer Standards of Training. In 2011 Andrew founded the Argent Firm’s Legacy Foundation, a unique 501(c) “non-profit” aiding active duty military, veteran’s and their families who may be entitled to unclaimed property escheated and held in Trust by government agencies. The Legacy Foundation offers assistance with Advocates, Attorneys, Court Services, Expert Witnesses, Forensics, Investigators, Researchers, National Mobile Notary and Nationwide Claims Services

Outside the office Andrew is an active community leader in the fight against women and children abuse, and Human Trafficking. Modern day slavery is a $9 billion global business. 27 million women, men, and children are currently being victimized. Andrew volunteers through numerous human rights and church organizations empowering ordinary people through awareness and resources to respond to this man-made tragedy.

One of Andrew’s many passions since 1978, as a national ranked competitor and holder of lifetime accreditation, and membership in the national judo organizations; USJA, USJI and USJF. Giving back to the sport that is responsible for literally changing Andrew’s life has been a lifetime commitment. Through his volunteer work as a Judo / Ju Jitsu Instructor, Andrew enjoys coaching and helps to shape children and young adults of all ages to realize their potential. He encourages healthy living, respect for all life and a strong focus on awareness of ones surroundings, development of key problem solving techniques and goal setting. Giving confidence and purpose to our youth; preparing their mind, body, spirit, and readying their technical expertise to give them that competitive edge in local, national and international competition
