To Brianna and family members; My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you at this difficult time. It was a pleasure to be a co-worker and friend to Amy. It takes a special person to be a master switchboard operator; Amy could find and connect you to the right party; answer all questions in given time; take care of all that called in for directions and help..all with her comforting voice. She was such a kind and caring person with a wonderful smile and great laugh. She will be missed by all who crossed her path. May you rest in peace in the most beautiful place....Heaven

Amy always made everyone feel right at home and was the most welcoming member of the HENT family. You could always count on her to be there. Even after being away from the company for the last few years she would always remember me and my family. The place won't be the same without you. My prayers go out to your family and I was honored to know you.

I am deeply saddened when I hear of this great loss. I can't seem to stop thinking of your last “Have a good weekend, See you Monday”… That Monday never came. You were a great person, always so kind and so nice. Honestly, the nicest person I've met so far. You always went out of your way to help in any way you could, and didn't quit ‘til you found the answer. You were always so full of life, even on your “I'm so tired” days, you always seemed to have a smile on your face and crack a joke. It was a pleasure meeting you and working with you. Your unique voice, laugh and kindness will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences go out to family and friends during this hard time.
May She Rest in Paradise

To my dear Amy: you will be missed by ALL of us at Houston ENT. As Reji put it, YOU were the voice of Houston ENT, noone will ever be able to replace you. You had such true knowledge of this clinic. I will miss all of the special little emails that you would send me to brighten my days. I feel you truly knew when i needed them. My prayers are with you, the family, and especially with you, Amy. Amy was a sweet, dependable, caring person who would always go the extra mile for a friend - and at work. We enjoyed reminiscing about the 60's and 70's and we shared a good laugh many times. Amy, you should know that you are already dearly missed.

I will miss Amy's sweet voice when I call the CBO. As long as I've been here 18 1/2 years, I've heard her voice and experienced her knowledgeable help as she transferred to the correct person. If I did not know who to go to, Amy always did. I saw Amy at some of our Christmas parties and she was the same "good 'ole girl" in person. I will miss her so much! I already do! I am praying for the family as you grieve this incredible loss. May God bless each of you with comfort and peace, Debbie Gardner@Clear Lake office.
