Amy Brazil was the Division 5 circuit judge of the Twentieth Circuit of Arkansas. She was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to a term which began January 1, 2013, and expired on December 31, 2014.[1][2][3]

Brazil lost the election for the Twentieth Circuit, Division 1 seat.[4] She had to compete for a different seat because Arkansas law does not allow an appointed judge to run for the division to which he or she was appointed. She retired from the bench at the end of her term on December 31, 2014.[4][5]
