Good company with inconsistencies upper managers.Focusing way too much on profits & selling customers adjustable rate mortgages instead of safer fixed rate.

Company review

Company grew really fast and hired people without CSR experience but aggressive at collecting and breaking several collection laws. Hours were long and if time off was needed it was frowned upon. Upper management was clueless and many mistakes were covered up to keep the numbers up and Investors to buy big balloons of delinquent loans. Management was divided in many ways. Some people had class and some none.

lots of advancement opportunities for employees with the right connections

long mandatory hours and overtime every 15th & month-end, auto-dialer keeping track of every second of my day

Good Managment

Excellent pay and excellent pay. Loans were in bound and out bound calls. Love the atmosphere in the work environment. Manager was very professional and interesting. Job was for formal and educational. This company was excellent from the start.

Great training

Ameriquest’s training was like no other bank I worked at Ameriquest was a subprime bank that closed loans within 5 days or less Their software was ahead of its time The environment was extremely intense If you had not collected the necessary documents within three days the file Was taken from you 500 calls a day if you didn’t get an app per day you knew not to come back to work

Good company to make money

This company is now out of business I did enjoy working here because of the money and you could work as man hours as you wanted to and they always compensated you.

Great workplace cutlure!

I learned so much about the mortgage industry as well as project management and overseeing loan officer trainees. A typical day at the office included something challenging that I enjoyed.

Sub-prime lender

Ameriquest was a sub-prime lender. There is a reason why it doesn't exist anymore. It was one of many companies that contributed to 2008 economy crash.

helpful fun workplace.

The ability to help customers purchase or keep their dream home was a challenging and fulfilling experience. The ever changing rules and laws within the mortgage industry.

Terrible now defunct

you get recruited to learn about mortgages and financing and turned out to be a subprime fraud machine. They are lucky not to be in prison. all the money was made by fraud.

Decent place to work, but they were making too many bad loans

Ameriquest was a sub-prime lender that was a good company when I started, but they started growing too fast and making bad loans which led to the company closing.

Fast place work envierment with great customers

Ameriqust Mortgage is always training its employees, so they can do a better job for there customers. You will be helping many customers and all of there friends also. Referrals are a big part if done right way.

I never worked at Ameriquest Mortgage. I worked at Ameriquest Staffing.

I have worked for Ameriquest STAFFING for many years. They have always treated me as family. They are very fair & supportive of their staff. It is a pleasure to work for them. I have worked for them on a per diem basis, full-time, part-time, contract & travel nurse.

A lot of room to advance

Ameriquest started off as a small company and became big too fast. No set policies were put in place. When they shut down the Orange location many employees were forced to move to riverside.

This company went out of business when the mortgage industry rid of subprime lenders. the goals were obtainable and you were given lots of tools to close the deal.

Productive and fun to work at.

Very productive company. Always room for growth. Great team work atmosphere. Ameriquest provided training and travel experiences. Also provided bonuses and commission on top of hourly pay.

Out of Business

Company was great to work for and pampered their employees. Work hours were long, but compensation was outstanding. Management was not good at all and didnt care about employees time.
