Not all it's cracked up to be.

Despite raving reviews from people "in the industry," the "training" given at the company is pretty abysmal. They fly you out to BFE for 2 weeks at a time, and read from a text book, then send you back home.I didn't gain any meaningful amount of new knowledge from their "training." Management is trying, but the reward for working hard, is more hard work... so if that's what you're after, go ...

Terrible Management

Do not work here, the management is terrible. Every job listing posted requires a Bachelors degree, they will not consider you if you do not have one, even if you've been in the same field for over 10 years or more. Other companies are open to hiring individuals with experience. They'd rather hire someone fresh out of college with no experience than someone who's been in the industry for years ...
