In my years as a Dade homicide detective, Al was the best prosecutor I ever worked with, and i knew many. Condolences to the family.

As a neighbor growing up I had the great pleasure and honor of Knowing Al Sepe. I became very close over the years. As a young friend of his kids, he made me part of the family, taking me on trips, going to sporting events and joining in family holiday happenings every year for 45 years opening up a world of experiences I would never have had if it weren't for Al He was caring, generous and gave from his heart. He would always give advise If I had a question or needed something he was there. He was wise and taught me a lot of lessons through his vast wisdom and intellect. I can't say enough in this media to show how much I will miss him and am deeply saddened that this day has come. I was truly blessed to be part of his life. It has been a life changing positive exceptional relationship and an honor to have been a part of his life in so many ways. I honor you Al and pray you are at peace. I will miss you.
