L&L'S CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

David Levinson serves as Chairman & CEO of L&L Holding Company, which he co-founded with Robert Lapidus in June 2000. L&L Holding Company is a privately owned real estate investment and development company. Mr. Levinson’s responsibilities include the strategic direction of the company, development, acquisitions, marketing and leasing. Mr. Levinson has led the company to be awarded over ten times for distinctions in the areas of design and construction, as well as civic and environmental honors. Those awards include Developer of the Year in 2015, Environmental Champion Award in 2013, BOMA Renovation of the Year in 2001, 2009 and 2011, MIPIM Awards in 2017 and 2018, Historic Preservation Award in 2010 and REBNY Commercial Management Executive of the Year in 2016.

Robert Lapidus

PRESIDENT & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Robert T. Lapidus, President and Chief Investment Officer, co-founded L&L Holding Company in June, 2000. He has over 35 years’ experience in real estate ownership, development, capital raising, finance and asset management. Mr. Lapidus has been involved in over $20B of real estate transactions involving capital formation, financings and restructurings. In 2007, Mr. Lapidus was a co-founder and investment committee member of A-10 Capital which has grown into a full serve finance company that has originated over $5.3B in bridge and permanent loans. Mr. Lapidus graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and received a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo Law School (New York, New York), Cum Laude, in 1986. Mr. Lapidus is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a member of the board of directors of the Madison Square Park Conservancy. He also served as a member of the Advisory Board to the Lehigh University College of Business and Economics and is an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Spark Youth, a NYC based non-profit organization that invests in young people from under resourced communities. Mr. Lapidus is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors focusing on disadvantaged youth and education.
