This was the third wheel cylinder I have ordered, first two from a different vendor. All three leaked out of the box. I disassembled this one to see what the problem was. The internal oil seal was installed backwards. I reinstalled it correctly and that fixed the leak. Clearly no quality control or testing on these parts from China. Buy at your own risk.
