11th Hour Recovery

They stole property out of my car while in their posession. The receptionist was probably involved in the theft becauser she got immediately defensive when i brought it up. Do not use this towing company unless you want your property stolen. There a countless reviews saying the same thing I am. I will be taking them to small claims court to be reimbursed because the owner doesnt return my phone calls.

Horrible. Rude. Untrustworthy. Stole things out of the car. Never call them, call anyone else.

Zoey and Dave were fantastic to me. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. They made sure that I was taken care of and are employees anybody would love to have on there team.

asshhats stole my rayban sunglasses (200.00) and were total assholes. bridget is a bitch you could freeze an icecube on her ass. mean. rude. no compassion. making her living off people's hardtimes. if you are tow you are treated well. if you are are a repossession you are a piece of shit and they take advantage of you. repossessed our car, said they "don't do friday releases"...and then charge for weekend storage they are a lowdown scam operation. while we were there they (bridget) made a woman with a 4 month old baby wait outside in the snow/cold cause "we only take in one person at a time" bullshit. no humanity.

Money came up missing with my property being in there care and they have been sending me fasle statements for days saying that they were gonna send me a picture of my wallet open I called back twice because they still never sent it to me for me to call back the third time and be sent a manager number who says that there was never any pictures they are thieves and untrustworthy the manager tells me" if you could put this much time that you have in getting this 20 back you wild already have a new 20" like the principal of the situation wasn't the bigger picture just unprofessional.

I've been trying to get my belonging out my truck for some time now, there always booked up. Now the truck is gone and my stuff is no longer available(in trash).. I had things in their i needed and trying to get. I'm very very disappointed!! No sympathy what so ever. Thanks alot 11th hour recovery. Ratings: negative star...
