I7 8700 とほぼ同じ性能です、純正ファンでは通常温度でオーバーすることはほぼありません。
値段割にはやすいですが　LGA1200をマザーボード交換しないといけない状況です
噂では次世代が14NM完全に生産止め、10NMに変わるらしいです。インテルのみ執念がない場合は、
AMD/4万台　R7 3700Xなどお勧めします。PCIE 4.0規格使用可能することと7NM/L3キャッシュ合計
32MBとなるので意外と将来性には安心です。ただPCIE4.0規格SSDもINTEL 王者SSD905Pには勝てませんので
一般使用範囲では普通のSSDと体感さはほぼありません。
まとめ、インテル10世代CPU　あまりコスパよい製品ではありません。次世代14MNなくなるらしい・
例えパソコンを新規組立の場合はI９9900KSやAMD　RYZENなどお勧めします
10世代CPU搭載　MACBOOKPROも激熱すぎて。パソコンを劣化させつつである事例もあります
。どうして10世代インテルCPU欲しい場合は、I7 K　I9Kや性能のよい360水冷が必要です
