The reviews are 100% right, this hotspot doesn’t work. I got it setup yesterday and it was great, now today the screen is frozen no matter how many times I reboot it. I’m returning it after 1 day.If you take the risk to buy it, definitely get the protection plan, because a 30 day return windows will not be good enough.

We haven't been able to try this out yet because no Sim card is included. I think it's not okay to not let potential buyers know they still have to purchase a separate Sim card. If you look thru the product info nothing is said about the buyer having to buy a Sim card. It's ridiculous.

I tested the same Inseego device with a TMobile account whos map showed 5G coverage in my area. Upon testing with 2 bars I was only getting 4G speeds so I relocated closer to the tower. With 5 bars and very strong signal I was still only getting mid range 4G speeds.
