KYOCERA AVX RF Thermal Management includes a λ (Lambda) bridge thermal conductor that is a cost-effective thermal management solution. The λ-Bridge provides designers with the ability to manage thermal conditions by directing heat to thermal ground planes, heat sinks, or other thermal points of interest. While directing heat, the λ-Bridge maintains optimal electrical circuit performance. KYOCERA AVX RF Thermal Management λ-Bridge is available in 0302, 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes.
