In-store purchase not showing up on account

I made an in-store purchase earlier this week and I cannot see the purchase history on my account and I haven't received the points for it either. I picked up an online order originally and then purchased another item before leaving. I used a gift card, but I don't think that should've effected it. Any help/advice on what I can do?
